The world is changing faster and faster– or so it seems. Or is it that the outer world keeps screaming for our attention, leaving our inner selves feeling neglected. This has been a struggle for me since I was a kid.
But even with all our complexities, our inner world is where something can comes from nothing. Where fluorescence emerge from darkness. Clarity from confusion and wisdom from silence.
I'm convinced that true clarity comes from embracing both sides of the coin: logic and creativity, reason and intuition, the connection of words to form. This push and pull is what I'm exploring right now, a working-framework to finding both truth and wholeness, within myself and out there in the world.
Currently, I'm a life-long learner exploring the intersections of creativity, technology, mental health, personal development with a fresh perspective. As a life coach, I'd love to share the journey with you.
